Noon: Welcome herbal tea and cookies
12:15 pm- 12:45 pm: Presentation of the herbs and their therapeutic properties: basil, olive tree, peppermint
12:45 pm – 2 pm: Preparation of olive soap (bio olive oil, herbal teas, spices essential oils)

Noon: Welcome herbal tea and cookies
12:15 pm- 2:30 pm: Flower essences: theory and practice. For millennia, flowers have played an important role in healing among peoples. The course is focused on Bach flower remedies treatment for a wide range of conditions, from anxiety and allergies to depression and hormonal imbalance but the course will not be limited to Dr Bach perceptions only. There will be given instructions for prescribing, making, and working with floral cures. In addition we will make together flower remedies of plants that grow in our garden (lemon verbena, or peppermint or lavender or rosemary) and we will analyse the properties of the herbs: Aloe vera, lemon verbena, rosemary.
